Terms of Use — AI Chat Export

These terms apply to AI Chat Export ("the Extension"), a Chrome extension published by Alpaca Extensions. By installing or using the Extension you agree to them.

What the Extension does

The Extension exports ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini conversations that you can already see in your browser to files on your device (PDF, Markdown, Text, Word, Image, JSON), to your clipboard, or — if you connect it — to your own Notion workspace. It works only on conversations you open and only when you click it.

Your content and your responsibilities

• Your conversations remain yours. The Extension does not claim any rights over them.
• You are responsible for how you use and share the exported content, and for complying with the terms of the services involved (for example the terms of OpenAI, Anthropic, Google and Notion).
• Do not use the Extension to export content you are not entitled to access.

Free and Pro versions

Some features are available only in the paid Pro version. Payments are handled by ExtensionPay and Stripe. Prices and the features included in each version are shown in the Extension before you pay. If you are not satisfied, contact us at the address below within 14 days of your purchase and we will refund you.

Third-party services

The Extension relies on services we do not control — ChatGPT (OpenAI), Claude (Anthropic), Gemini (Google), Notion, ExtensionPay, Stripe and Google Chrome. If one of them changes how it works, a feature may stop working until we update the Extension. The Extension is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by OpenAI, Anthropic, Google or Notion Labs.

No warranty

The Extension is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We work to make exports complete and accurate, but we cannot guarantee that every element of every conversation will be reproduced exactly. Keep your own copies of anything important.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alpaca Extensions is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from the use of the Extension. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Extension in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. The current version will always be published at this URL with its "Last updated" date.
